A&W is a staple of the Birch Run area! I have always had a good visit here and have never run into any issues. I visit this A&W about 3-6 times a year, as I travel for work and this is my typical lunch spot. I have ate both inside and drive-thru.

The service is always spot on with being friendly and efficient.

You cannot beat those root beer floats! I attempt to cut some calories and get the diet root beer and still tastes great - sounds logical, right? Food is always hot and my orders are always correct. Fries are salty and hot. Corn dog nuggets have a yummy breading.

My complaint is the bathrooms - they are dingy and need a desperate update. The whole restaurant overall is in need of a face life. However, the food and service is always great.

Got there right when they opened. which was great, you would think service would be wonderful for the first people through the door,  however hair found in onion rings in the bag deep inside as well as cold hamburgers slice of cheese was stuck on cold as well.  I get its fast food, but for $20 I expect a little better. Very disappointed.

Not a good location at all. My boyfriend and I are on a road trip and starving, so we stopped for a quick meal. Ordered two combo meals (number 7s) and was absolutely disgusted. Chicken was cold and soggy. A waste of 16 dollars.

Been stopping in at this A&W for years.   The food this visit was excellent as always and the service was great.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

We'll be back on our next visit to Frankenmuth.

Disappointed at the appearance of the restaurant this trip.  It felt and looked dirty and made us feel uncomfortable.  Our food was not really up to the quality that we have experienced in the past and the staff seemed off their game.  We were not really happy.  I know we will be back and hope this was the one off visit.
